Operations & Asset Management
Plenary Group's Asset Management team is responsible for the successful commissioning of all Plenary Group assets, and managing the assets during the operating phase of the long-term contracts with our clients.
The team commences its engagement during the design and construction phase to ensure both the quality of the built form and effective mobilisation of the facilities management contractor. During the operations phase the Asset Management team is the primary point of contact for our government partners and facility operators with ultimate responsibility for compliance with the contract. This means keeping close oversight of operational issues and on the financial performance of the assets.
