Chi-Ling Looi Director, Asia Regional Representative
Chi-Ling is based in Plenary Group's Singapore office and specialises in advising upon and arranging financing for private sector investments in infrastructure and Plenary Group's investments in Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects in the Asia Pacific region.
Chi-Ling joined Plenary Group in 2006 and has been actively involved in the successful financing of the majority of Plenary Group's major infrastructure investments including more recently arranging debt financings for the Singapore Multi Mission Range System Project, the Gold Coast Rapid Transit Project and the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre.
Before joining Plenary Group, Chi-Ling worked in Hong Kong and Melbourne for the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd (BTMU) where she was responsible for sourcing and executing project and corporate financing transactions across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining BTMU, Chi-Ling was based in London where she was responsible for the non-recourse financing of a number of major independent power projects for InterGen.
