David Delchau General Manager, Plenary Justice
David Delchau is the General Manager Plenary Justice (SA). He is the primary interface with the State and has overall accountability for the delivery of services and compliance with the Project Agreement between the State and Plenary Justice.
David has a track record of understanding corporate objectives and delivering results, utilising proven communication skills to negotiate outcomes with clients, tenants and contractors.
Since the commencement of Plenary Justice (SA) in January 2006, David has been responsible for managing the project to ensure the highest possible standards of quality service are maintained. David is responsible for the management of all Plenary Justice (SA) assets to ensure whole of life outcomes are achieved.
Prior to joining Plenary Justice (SA), David held a range of positions managing facilities in the commercial property sector and the telecommunications industry. He was with Knight Frank for 9 years, as the Contract Manager and as the South Australian State Manager for the Facilities Management Team. Responsibilities included operational planning, management and maintenance of a portfolio of properties, from a Facilities Management perspective. David also had a successful career with Telstra spanning 26 years.
