Monash University, College of Pharmacy - Melbourne, Australia

In mid 2005 Plenary Group reached financial and contractual close with Monash University to develop a new Victorian College of Pharmacy building at their Parkville campus. At the time, Plenary Group also purchased and undertook to refurbish, an adjoining research building on the campus with works commencing in 2007. Monash University will lease half of the new building and 100% of the refurbished building for 25 years. Construction of the new building was completed ahead of schedule in October 2006.
