Casey Hospital - Berwick, Victoria, Australia

This community hospital is the result of a public private partnership with the Victorian Government. Located in Berwick, in the rapidly expanding south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, it meets an ever-increasing need for health care facilities. The 229 bed public hospital was commissioned in September 2004 and Plenary Group has entered into a 25 year concession with the State to provide the hospital and associated non-clinical services, to meet the needs of the Berwick community.
