Australian Defence Force Single LEAP 1 - Regional New South Wales and Queensland, Australia

Phase 1 of the Single LEAP project was officially opened on January 30th 2009 by the Minister for Defence, Hon Joel Fitzgibbon. Plenary Living financed, designed, constructed and will operate and maintain accommodation services at three priority military bases for the 30 year term of the contract. The new accommodation – a total of 1,395 rooms – will offer independent living accommodation for Australian Defence Force personnel. The accommodation features self-contained apartments, secure storage and undercover parking.
